鸡肉是不可数名词。肉类都是不可数名词，比如chicken指鸡肉，fish指鱼肉时，都是不可数名词; 但chicken指鸡，fish指鱼时，都是可数名词。
chicken做小鸡的时候可以用复数chickens,作为鸡肉只能用chicken是鸡肉的意思。
